What we think you'll like
- The guesthouse is located in Aachen’s most desirable residential area, the southern district (Steinebrück).
- The house is spacious yet cozy.
- A welcoming, family atmosphere and high-quality, thoughtfully furnished interior.
- A bakery and pastry shop are within walking distance. Walks through the Aachen Forest start right at the front door.
- The bus stop is 60 meters away. Dogs are welcome (please inquire).
- Free, secure parking is available in front of the garage and in the private driveway.
What you should now
- The villa is located in a quiet residential area and is not available for parties, loud bachelor/bachelorette parties, or music in the outdoor areas.
- Especially during the warmer months, a quiet period is observed on the balcony after 11 p.m. out of consideration for the neighbors.
- The dining room seats a maximum of 10 people, at which point it becomes quite cozy. The adjoining living room has an additional smaller table for four people. In one room on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, a curtain serves as the door.
- We can also find a solution for groups larger than 12 people.
- The hostess’s private apartment, with a separate entrance, is located in the basement of the house.
- Aachen’s city center has a low-emission zone, and an emissions sticker is required for entry by car.
